Account Terms
You must be a human to open an account, and you must provide your legal name and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure — CRM.io cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. CRM.io may accept or refuse any customer at its sole discretion.
Payments, Refunds & Plan Changes
A valid credit card is required for paid accounts. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are offered at a discount and, because of that discount, are non-refundable. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; downgrading may cause loss of content or features.
Cancellation and Termination
Only the account owner may cancel an account. Cancellations are processed within 2–3 business days, after which your data is permanently deleted. CRM.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.
Modifications to Service & Prices
CRM.io may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — and may change prices — at any time and without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
Copyright and Ownership
CRM.io retains all intellectual property rights to the service itself. Content you upload remains your property; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
General Conditions
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Prohibited uses include sending spam, transmitting malicious code, and sending unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Limitation of Liability
CRM.io is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
