Documents and tasks allows storing valuable documents which can be used as a reference by the workspace users for important deals, and contacts. Document Management in is useful for storing information about work processes throughout the organization. This Software maintains track of all data, eliminates paperwork, and makes the process of distributing this data simply because it is accessible centrally to all of the organization's resources.

You may create reminders in your customer accounts that sync with your calendar using the CRM Tasks Tab. You may create tasks for yourself or for a member of your team, and you can even send an email reminder using Task Management. When a task is completed, it is automatically added to your customer account's activity timeline. allows its users to assign tasks to other members of the team. You can see the task has been successfully created in the tasks tab.
